What this site collects
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no embedded third party scripts and no forms. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not send your details to anyone else.
Server logs
The site is served by a static hosting provider. Like any web host it keeps short lived request logs, which can include your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and your browser user agent. These logs exist to keep the site running and to defend it against abuse. Rendella Media Ltd does not use them to build a profile of you or to identify you.
The lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically keeping the site available and secure.
If you email us
If you write to hello@rendellamedia.com, your message and email address are processed so that a reply can be sent, and kept for as long as the correspondence is useful as a business record. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically answering people who get in touch. Email is delivered and stored by a third party email provider on Rendella Media Ltd's behalf.
Who else sees your data
The hosting provider and the email provider act as processors under contract. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing. Personal data may be disclosed where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for its use to be restricted, and object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Write to hello@rendellamedia.com and you will get a response within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how your personal data has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
